Terms of service

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Returns are accepted only when the product us damaged in transit or a wrong item is sent. A return request has to be sent as an e-mail to sales@ettelette.com or WhatsApp to (+91) 8978741818 within 48 hours of receiving the product at the buyers address.

Refunds would take 5-7 days to process.

Exchanges are accepted only if the product is in original packaging condition. The buyer has to bear the expenses for the exchange and new product despatch.
